I've been thinking about a new phonomobile and I'm leaning towards a Suburu Outback.  I'm also attracted to the VW Passat diesel wagon.  I've owned a couple of VW's and even my diesel Rabbit was fun to drive.  I drove it to CAPS a couple of times.  Once I removed the back seat so I could deliver an "L" door Victrola.  There was room for the Victrola as well as four or five horn machines, luggage and Mike Stitt.  Jerry Blais
