[Phono-L] Source to Make Phono Gear ?

Does anyone know of a good source to?cut?a small?phono gear?or know of a manufacturer who might stock these types of gears for sale?? I'm in need of a 1 1/2", 36 tooth gear for a Columbia cylinder phono.? Any help or leads are appreciated.
