Simple.  They lied, and were too stupid to see the apparent give-away in
their description.  That's someone who spent some time writing the
description, and probably edit a few times and didn't proof the edits to see
if they matched the rest of the description.

Not an issue if you don't lie.

Interesting.  According to the seller, it has a good stylus because it
sounds good but they have not played it.   Did they use an independent
testing lab?
