I asked for the serial number and the last patent date on the first day of 
the eBay posting.  When someone does not have a machine they don't know how to 
answer and I get no response.  I have not received an answer to my question on 
the serial and the last patent date yet.
 
A bogus serial and patent date would certainly stand out as fraudulent 
intent.  If the guy comes back to me with serial #18546 patented in April 1917 then 
one can easily tell it is made up.  There were around 3700 Operas before they 
were renamed Concert for another 800 or so following.  The last patent date on 
all Opera/Concerts should be November 8, 1910.
 
When they do answer and the machine is one I am looking for then I bid.
