There are some of these that are genuine, damn few though.  The clock 
looks to be old and in good condition.  The fakes are made by over 
printing the old dial with the advertising artwork.  The way to spot 
them is to see if the ink is on top of the dirt or underneath it.  This 
is impossible from a digital picture.
