Hi Bruce; My educated guess is this tone arm and reproducer had the nickel plating removed or polished off. If you look at the horn elbow, bullet brake, etc, these are all nickel plated. I don't believe these parts are from a Victrola only because of the way the tonearm connects to the horn assembly and back bracket. Scott.
