[Phono-L] Victor II on ebay

Does anyone know whether the Victor II shown here is legit ? It appears to have both a gold plated tone arm and reproducer. I was not aware that the Victor II was issued with those features. Also look at the crank, it appears to be a little long for this machine, see the first photo where it appears if you continued cranking the phonograph the horn would hit the top of the table. What's up with this ?
