[Phono-L] should I get Pay Pal?

The guy was selling the records for Shawn, he never paid Shawn and just took the money and never sent the records.  Shawn did give me a record when I contacted him.  Shawn was happy to make the records and was not involved with the selling.  Did you ever contact him?
