I wasn't even aware there were two sizes of sapphire..I knew there were 2/4 minute machines.

I would appreciate some insight from the list regarding how to optimally restore
my Columbia BGT to play all the types of records it was meant to play. I think
this means:
- 2 min wax
- 2 min indestructible
- 4 min edison was amberol, (is this possible?)
- 4 min indestructible & blue amberol
Shall I try to:
- outfit the lyric, no 12 (I think) reproducer with the correct sized stylus
to play all of the above? What would that be and where would I get it?
- find an additional lyric and fit one with a two minute stylus & one with
a 4 min stylus?
- What about this so called no. 15 "extra tention reproducer"?
Thanks, Bruce
