[Phono-L] CD's recycled as 45 RPM's

I wonder if a heated cutter is used.  I am pretty sure this makes a less
noisy groove.

I've done it on my old Meissner home recorder. I find the cds to hard to
cut 
a quiet groove. Lot of hiss.
