I do not know which is the older venue. I thought eBay was older. If eBay is really interested in integrating PayPal into the site then require immediate payment at the end of the auction, no exceptions. Then there is no point in FB for buyers, or sellers. Let the official dispute process police the bad sellers off of the site. All shipping cost to be stated in every auction. For the $$$ that eBay will be charging they can afford it.
