I agree with you, the changes are not good, but the only way it will change is if it hits eBay in the wallet. Not being able to give buyers negative feedback would result in more accurate feedback in very, very few cases. The guy that sold me a cracked cylinder record that was cracked when he packed it and lied about it having insurance got positive feedback from me to avoid ruining my 100% feedback. Now I do not deal with clowns that leave mean feedback and I have been happy.
