Thanks Steve, I would have bought it but with my poor eyesight and the photo 
being lit from an angle, I did not see the lettering gap where the arm would 
have been.  Then I checked my emails after the auction closed and found your 
message.  Opps...
 
I can also blame it on the fact that my wife and I were up in Carson City, 
Nevada.  At one time I could find machines there that were coming out of homes 
and estates.  Now there is nothing in the antique shops but newly made antiques 
from China and India. Naturally there was a crapophone in one shop that was 
not labeled a modern knock off.  One of my other interests is steam powered 
machinery so we visited their train museum and a restaurant decorated with 
antique steam engines.  We both had a good time.
