One dot is take A, two is take B, ect. The numbers following mean it was produced on that number mold. ex: PAT'D..18 This would mean take B or (two) using mold number 18. Btw...the Mainspring book is not out yet as far as I know and only covers 1926-1929. I hope they will reprint the rest of the DD information prior to that.
