[Phono-L] "Official" Questionnaire for early Edison discphonographs

Thanks for this research.  It is much appreciated.  The dataplate on  
this machine was stamped rather heavy (the lettering has a "swollen"  
look to it), and the definition on the numbers isn't nearly as  
precise as on my other  A-250 dataplate.

Given the options, I'd have to say that the date would be 8-29-11.   
Thanks again for your input and I'll update my information.
