Here is the data on my 3 A-series Edison Disc Phonographs; two A-250  
and one A-200.

1a) Serial number: SM-13417.
1b) Serial number of bedplate if different: 12033-A1.
2) Type of start/stop levers: Late - non adjustable stop position.
3) Bedplate corner detail: LATE.
4) Number of pivoting oil hole covers on bedplate: 1.
5) Tone modulator Present? YES.
6) Type of key escutcheon: With nail holes - surface mount.
7) Depth of upper groove that accommodates grill frame:1/2”.
7a) No tongue; grille top & bottom width 3/4” smooth.
7b) Thickness of fretwork portion of grill: 3/8” .
7c) Overall height of outer grill frame:13 7/8”.
8) Louvres on cabinet as per Amberola 1? NO.
9) Side veneer, number of sections per side: 2.
10) Form 632 present? YES.
10a) Location of Form 632: Floor of horn compartment.
10b) Printer’s date at bottom of Form 632: 8-20-14.
11) Latest patent date on dataplate: 3-11-13.
12) Other notes: There’s a 2nd paper affixed to floor of horn chamber  
by two tacks, measuring 2 1/2” x 1 1/8”, printed with “No: 13417,  
Disc Phonograph, Model A-250”.

found).
7c) Overall height of outer grill frame: UNKNOWN - MISSING.

10a) Location of Form 632: INSIDE BACK DOOR.
10b) Printer’s date at bottom of Form 632: 11-20-12.
