[Phono-L] Slipping belts

The Edison B-80 disc machine has a cork-faced driving pulley, but mine was so 
dry that it just slipped.  I did the same as Ron, coating it with rubber cement. 
Worked fine after that.

I had one machine that did not want to cooperate.  I ended up putting a
light coating of rubber cement on the mandrel shaft pulley.  The belt would
then slip just the right amount.
