I'm not an "eBay collector" but from time to time I'll use eBay for a part or odd item. When I first signed up for Paypal I gave them my CC number and they put some limit on what I could charge. O.K fine. It has been dropping (the amount) every time I use Paypal. Well it seems they want my checking account number so I can be verified????? I don't think so. CC number should be good enough. I am not willing to give out more and more personal information. Identity thief is out of hand already. Please enlighten me. Mike
