[Phono-L] Need your help

I must admit I have had bad luck with APSCO too. Some of their repro parts are substandard, some are fine, but the most troublesome thing I have dealt with is the service. I once sent some screws from an Edison Standard to them which were stripped, and I wanted some better ones. I had talked to them on the phone beforehand, they had requested I send in the screws, then I waited for about two months while nothing happened. I called and got no response, and finally I got the screws back in a letter from Patty asking if I wanted screws as chewed up as these, or what did I want. I was furious that I had to wait so long for nothing, and then to receive such a ridiculous letter when I had spoken with them and had submitted the sample screws as requested...well, the result is I do not deal with them nor will I recommend them to anyone. If anyone asks me about using them I generally advise against it.
Wyatt's on the other hand treats me with respect and their parts and excellent.
To each his own, I guess!!
  John

I've had nothing but good experiences with APSCO over several years. Sorry
to hear someone else had issues.
